Hugmynd is a very intersting breeding mare prospect after Mette Manseth’s Handsome young stallion Háttur frá Þúfum with conformations score of 8.52!

Thus Hugmynds father is a very promising young five gaiter and combining him with one of Saudakrokirs best breeding mares Vidja, with 8.36 for riding and her first three offspring showing great promise (Hrisla: 8.35, All: 8.2 and Sonata: 8.19).

Otur that is also father of Orri gives some exceptional offspring, and Vidja seems to be one of them. So our hope is that our Hugmynd inherits this quality. Hattur has not proven himself as a breeding stallion yet, being so young, but his mother Lygna is a genious with 6 first prize offspring som far, four of which scoring above 8.40!

We look forward to Mette starting Hugmynd this winter, and we will soon learn if she posesses the riding talent that we see in her anchesters.
